How to remove glass print screen

You can remove glass screen print paints without causing any permanent damage. Sometimes manufacturers of window glass display information printed on glass or Window Company. Car dealerships and customization companies often display graphics and text directly on the glass of a vehicle. These identification markers can be harmful to the quality of sight through the glass. Painted designs can be scraped from the glass completely to make it look as though they were never there.

Concentrated blend of liquid dish soap in hot water. Soak a soft sponge in the soapy water. Press the sponge into a small area that is not visible on the glass. Remove the sponge.

Wipe the glass soap with a towel and inspect the screen to make sure that no damage was caused by the rub. Consult a professional auto detail if the small amount of scraping removes a film coating from the glass or left permanent scratches. If it is not the damage was caused by the scraper, move on to the next stage.

Cover the screen printed design with a layer of soap with the sponge. Hold the window edge of the scraper at a 45 degree angle to the glass and apply medium pressure.

Scrape the paint from the glasses of individual passes. Lift the glass sheet and gently lower it down again to begin the next pass. Clean the screen printed image with the sponge and soap several times to remove the scraped paint and lubricate the surface.

Clean all pieces of soap or paint with a clean towel. Spray glass cleaner over the entire glass surface. Clean the glass with cleaner in a quick circular motion to leave the glossy window free of paint.
